Artist Statement: This piece was made to shine a light on plastic pollution and its impact on the fish population. Around 100,000 fish die every year due to plastic pollution. We need to be mindful of the way we use plastic so we don’t lose our fish.

Artist Statement: This piece represents grief. No matter what kind of loss you are experiencing, everyone experiences grief sometime in their life. Grief feels different to everyone, and I wanted to depict how it feels to me, the cycle of healing scars as more wounds open.

Artist Statement: A thin wolf with an exposed skull stands guard over a pile of found objects. Its vigor in protecting them gives meaning and purpose to what many might consider “junk”, showing an interpretation of the phrase “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”
