Early Learning Vision
At Seattle Public Schools our vision is for every child to to participate in a quality, cohesive and joyful early learning experience that will provide a strong foundation to support their success in school and life. Our preschool programs offer children and families opportunity and access to classrooms and school communities with a positive climate, and teachers who are ready and able to meet their individual needs in high-quality, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environments.
Seattle Preschool Program
In collaboration with the City of Seattle, this program offers high-quality, affordable preschool to all of Seattle’s 3- and 4-year-old children. For information on programs offered at each school.

Head Start Preschool
Head Start is a FREE, federally funded child development program for children and their families who are eligible. The Head Start programs in Seattle Public Schools serve 3-year and 4-year-old children at 13 schools in the district, offering preschool curriculum, family services, and transportation.

Developmental Preschool
