Student Data Verification is Open

Summary: Student Data Verification form is available on the Source for families to update emergency contacts, medical information and family contact info.

Student Data Verification Form

The Seattle Public Schools online student data verification will be available on the first day students attend school for the 2022-23 school year.

The form is used to verify a student’s demographic information, emergency contact information, and other information.

In the past, this information was gathered on a paper form completed at the start of school. Families now use The Source to update and verify this information.

The 2022-23 student data verification form will be available until Sept. 30. Parents and guardians use this form to update emergency contact and medical information for their student.

Student Schedules on the Source

Students and families will be able to view middle and high school student schedules beginning the morning of Friday, Sept. 9.

Students should wait until at least the first day of school to request schedule changes. Students have up to 10 days after school begins to request changes to their schedule.

Once school begins, please contact your school counselor to make changes or corrections.
