Small Works Procurement Process
A wide variety of trade work that is accomplished throughout SPS is performed by SPS staff. If management concludes that a particular work request cannot be performed by SPS staff, the Procurement team will contract with an outside vendor/contractor to accomplish the work.
Small Works Roster and Municipal Research and Services Center Rosters (MRSC)
SPS has transitioned our Small Works Roster, Consultant Roster and Vendor Roster to the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) shared online database.
How to be Added to the MRSC Small Works Roster
If you were previously on our rosters, please register at mrscrosters.org and add Seattle Public Schools to your account.

When a contractor is selected/awarded for a Small Works project certain documents will be needed prior to work being performed. Listed below are the Quote and Contract Documents which may be required.
