2025-26 School Leader Pools
Seattle Public Schools (SPS) is now accepting applications for the 2025-26 School Leader Principal and Assistant Principal Pools.
The school leader pools are open until May 31, 2025.
The School Leader Pool(s) are the first step in determining if an applicant is eligible to apply for site-based leader positions in SPS. If you aspire to take on a SPS school leader role, you must first apply via our School Leader Pools:
