Grants/Gifts, Contracts & Capital Projects Approvals (Introduction & Action)

4. Approval of revisions to the 2024-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement between Seattle Public Schools and Western States Regional Council of Carpenters to include 2025-2026 base wage ratesApproval of this item would approve the bargained-for changes to the 2024 – 2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement between Seattle Public Schools and Western States Regional Council of Carpenters and authorize the Superintendent, on behalf of the Board of Directors, to execute the changes to the Agreement in the form attached to the School Board Action Report, with any minor additions, deletions, and modifications deemed necessary by the Superintendent and to take any necessary actions to implement the terms of this Agreement. Immediate action is in the best interest of the District.

5. Approval of Interagency School Associated Student Body Constitution and Bylaws. Approval of this item would approve the Interagency School Associated Student Body Constitution and Bylaws, as attached to this Board Action Report. Immediate action is in the best interest of the District.

6. Approval of Fuel Purchase for the 2025-26 School Year. Approval of this item would authorize the Superintendent to purchase fuel for school buses and district owned vehicles through the statewide contract with WEX Bank in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000, as part of Seattle Public Schools’ participation in the NASPO ValuePoint program, with any minor additions, deletions, and modifications deemed necessary by the Superintendent to implement the contract. Immediate action is in the best interest of the district.

7. BTA V- Approval of the Enterprise Licenses Agreement/ Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) contract. Approval of this item would authorize the Superintendent to execute a 12-month contract with Dell Computer Corp to provide Microsoft Enterprise License Solutions from January 1,2026, to December 31, 2026 for a total Not-To-Exceed amount of $2,267,626 plus Washington State Sales Tax, with any minor additions, deletions, and modifications deemed necessary by the Superintendent and to take any necessary actions to implement the purchase orders. Immediate action is in the best interest of the district.

8. Approval of awarding of FP062505 Contract -Building a District Wide Effective MTSS to Novak Consulting from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2028. Approval of this item would authorize the Superintendent to enter into a new contract with Novak Consulting, not to exceed $1,300,000 with any minor additions, deletions, and modifications deemed necessary by the Superintendent.  

9. John Rogers Elementary Construction Change Order No. 24 to Contract P5186. Approval of this item would authorize the Superintendent to execute Construction Change Order No. 24 in the amount of $1,702,439, plus Washington State sales tax, with any minor additions, deletions, and modifications deemed necessary by the Superintendent, and to take any necessary action to implement the change order. Immediate action is in the best interest of the district.
