Jeni has been teaching at Lawton since 2009. She graduated from Gonzaga University with her teaching credentials and has since gone on to earn a M.S. in Curriculum & Instruction and National Board Teacher Certification.
When she is away from the classroom her interests include hanging out with her husband and son Golden, being a cat lady to her two kitties Chuck & Chili, singing karaoke, rollerskating, taking long walks and traveling to new places.
Rich has been teaching at Lawton since 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Washington in Business Administration and Education.
He has two children that have both graduated from Lawton. He enjoys playing sports with friends, playing guitar in a band and going to Husky basketball games.
Audra has worked in education for fifteen years as a teacher and librarian. She has degrees in English and Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado, and completed the School Library endorsement program at the UW.
In her spare time, Audra loves to read (of course), cook, snowboard, and take trips with her family in their camper van.
Ms. Bakker has been teaching 2nd grade at Lawton since 2014. She received her M.A. in Education from Antioch University Seattle and her B.A. in Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington. She taught third grade in the Kent School District for two years before coming to Lawton.
Ms. Bakker loves playing board games, spending time with her dog Ginger, and eating good food with good friends.
