(She/Her/Hers) I have taught K-5 visual art, drama, and creative movement in Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. My greatest joy is helping students discover their unique talents and ways to express themselves. My focus is on dismantling barriers to art, so that all students see themselves as artists. I have a B.A. in Art History and a M.Ed. in Arts Integration. When I am not teaching I love gardening, making art, cooking, backpacking, yoga, and traveling with my husband, daughter, and our dog.
(She/Her/Hers) This is my third year teaching 1st grade at Madrona. I previously taught kindergarten for four years at Madrona. I love teaching at Madrona because of the amazing, courageous, and unique students, families, and staff that make up our community.
