Address Lookup Tool

Seattle Public Schools assigns students based on the address where their primary residence is located. Click the Address Lookup tool below to see which school your student would be assigned to according to your address.

How to Use the Address Lookup Tool

1. Click the Address Lookup button below.
2. Type your address in the search box.
3. Check the “Attendance Area School” associated with your address on the right side of the window. Option schools will only show if your address is within the geo-zone of those option schools.
4. Click on schools applicable to your student’s grade level for more information.

Attendance Area Maps

Attendance area maps show the boundaries for each school’s attendance area in Seattle. Please visit our Enrollment Planning webpage for Attendance Area Maps.

Can we choose a different school?

Yes! Students may apply to attend a different school through the Open Enrollment for School Choice process.

Seattle Public Schools offers a variety of programs and services to meet a range of student needs, including the following:

• Highly Capable Services
• English Learner Services for Multilingual Learners
• Special Education Services
• Services for Students Experiencing Homelessness (McKinney-Vento)

Most services are available at a student’s attendance area school. For required services not available at every attendance area school, a linked school is generally designated for the student.
