Wing Luke Elementary School Construction Enters Final Stages

The new Wing Luke Elementary School is nearly complete!

Join Principal Carol Mendoza as she visits to see the final stages of construction.

This school replacement project was funded by the Building Excellence IV Capital Levy (BEX IV), which was approved by Seattle voters in 2013. Wing Luke is the final project of 17 major building projects funded by this capital levy.

The new school building is designed for up to 500 students in grades K-5 and includes spaces for Special Education, early learning, art, and music.
