Biography

Being a Physical Education teacher at Gazert is wonderful. Our classes have the opportunity to engage in a variety of games, athletics and sport related activities. On a personal level, I enjoy traveling. Have had numerous flights to cities all over the world. Incorporating these skills into my teaching practice is fun.

Biography

As a Seattle native, I am excited to return to Seattle Public Schools to teach tomorrow's leaders. After earning a Bachelors in Business Administration - Marketing, I returned to the University of Washington to earn a Masters in Teaching through the Seattle Teacher Residency. Outside of the classroom I enjoy painting, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends and family.

I foster and enhance an effective learning environment. I facilitate the development or revision of curriculum and instructional materials. I establish learning objectives and standards based on district guidelines. I provide counsel, instruction, discipline, and supervision to all students on an individual basis. I also evaluate student performance and progress.
