Seattle Public Schools

Hello everyone! This is my second year at Lincoln High School, and my fourth-year teaching in my career. I have previously taught at Whittier Elementary in Seattle as an IA and taught and lived abroad in Japan through the JET Program.  I got my B.A. In English Literature with a teaching endorsement from Western Washington University. I’ve grown up and lived in Seattle all most all my life.  My time at Lincoln is helping me grow into my teaching skills so I can pursue my long-term goal in becoming a full time Language arts or Japanese teacher.

In my spare time I keep up with the Seattle Sounders, play and coach soccer locally ( I coach JVC boys’ soccer at Lincoln). I love all kinds of board games, video games, and exploring the nature around us. Most of all I love helping people and I will continue to be a source of support and growth for all my students.
