Hi! I'm Joe Donohoe. I teach 9th grade Applied Molecular Biology and UW BIOL 100: Addiction and the Brain.
I got my BS in General Biology from UW, where I minored in Marine Biology and spent a few years after graduation researching fisheries science (save our salmon!). I then went back to UW to get a Master's in Teaching with a specialty in science education.
Personal Message
I know that managing work for many different classes so PLEASE feel free to email me, text me on talking points, or leave me voicemails as much as you want! I love to hear from students and families, and it really helps me to know more about where my students come from, what they want to learn, and where they want to go!
There is no such thing as too much communication, so I'd love to hear from you, even if it's just an email to say hello!
