I have worked in special education for 7 years. I love the outdoors, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. I am usually reading 2-3 books at a time ranging from fantasy/Science fiction, woodworking or outdoor literature. I love to laugh and coach track. My favorite subject is science!

Personal Message

I am very excited to be in my 10th year working with TOPS Orchestra kids.  Teaching strings is my passion.  I love getting to work with students when they are first discovering the joys (and trials) of learning to play the violin, viola, cello or bass.

Hello, Lincoln!

I am very excited to be joining the Lincoln counseling team as the Tier 2 counselor. I attended Amherst College and got my Masters degree from Seattle University. This is my 14th year in Seattle Public Schools, and before that, I worked for Navos as a Child and Family Therapist. I love working with students and families! I was also a professional musician for many years.

When I am away from work, I am usually with friends and family and spending as much time as possible outside. I am a passionate sailor and crew on a team most of the year.
