I started working in school based mental health in 2018 and I have been working at Roxhill Elementary and Highland Park Elementary since 2022. As a play therapist, I believe children grow best when they feel safe, accepted and understood. I'm passionate about supporting children, parents, and teachers in working together to meet the emotional needs of our students. Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, playing soccer, and snuggling with my big, goofy black lab. - Ms. Brettyn (or Ms. B)

I have been working in education since 2023 and have been working at Roxhill since 2025. I’m proud to serve as the speech therapist at Roxhill, supporting students as they grow as communicators and learners. Helping students communicate with confidence is my favorite part of being an SLP! When I’m not at school, I love relaxing with a good book, catching a new movie, or spending time cozying up with my cat. - Ms. Elena
