Important Health Coverage Tax Documents
IRS 1095 forms will not be automatically mailed. In 2024, the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act was signed into law. This act states that employers are no longer required to automatically print and mail annual 1095-C forms. The 1095-C form provides information regarding medical insurance coverage enrollment.
The forms will be available through Employee Self Service (ESS) by the IRS deadlines. Active employees may log in to ESS to view and print the 1095-C form.
