SPS Students: Help Shape Seattle Public School’s Future

Dear SPS Students,

The Seattle School Board is searching for the next Seattle Public Schools (SPS) superintendent. To lead the process, the School Board is partnering with a search firm, Hazard, Young, Attea, and Associates (HYA).

An important part of this process is hearing from our SPS students about what you want to see in our next leader.

Please join HYA and our School Board Student Members on Thursday, May 29 for a virtual meeting to discuss the values and qualities you think are important for a successful leader for SPS.

There are two meetings on Thursday, May 29. Please attend the time that works best for you.

If you are not able to attend one of the meetings on May 29, please fill out the online Superintendent Search survey. The survey is open until June 30.

Thank you,

Bev Redmond
