School Contacts for SPS Volunteers
To better support educators and students, each school assigns a dedicated School Volunteer Liaison. Volunteers and applicants communicate directly with their liaison. Depending on the school’s current volunteer needs, Volunteer Liaisons process applications and submit tech support tickets to the volunteer database administrator to prioritize filling essential volunteer positions.
School Volunteer Liaison duties are usually performed by a member of the school office staff, such as a School Assistant or Secretary, who also manages various other responsibilities. Please allow 2–3 weeks for the processing of volunteer tech support tickets and applications.

Athletic volunteers apply through the Athletic Department online application. – do not apply through the school volunteer process. Please do not contact your school’s volunteer program liaison if you support any of the Athletic Department sports.
