Culture Nights 2025-2026 School Year:

We are pleased to announce that our first Family Culture Night will take place:

• When: Tuesday, January 27, 2026
• Where: Jane Addams Middle School, Room #207- 11051 34th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125
• Time: 6-7:30 p.m.
• Food will be served, but feel free to bring a dish to share.
• A fun art activity will be lead by our Native Education Manager, Dr. Georgina Badoni!

Culture Night will be an opportunity for our community to come together in the new year and enjoy food, a craft activity, and engaging conversation. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Future Culture Night Dates and Moving Up Ceremony:

All future Culture Nights will be held on the last Tuesday of the month from 6-7:30 p.m. The Moving Up Ceremony will be held Thursday, June 4, 2026 6-8 p.m.

• Feb. 24, 2026: Arctic Games activity led by Ken Beedle at Meany Middle School, 301 21st Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112 from 6-7:30 p.m.
• March 31, 2026: Future Doctors K-12 Presentation by UW Medicine, Center for Indigenous Health at Jane Addams Middle School Room #207- 11051 34th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125 from 6-7:30 p.m.
• April 28, 2026: Beaded Medallion at JSCEE District Auditorium- 2445 3rd Ave S, Seattle, WA 9813 from 6-7:30 p.m.
• May 26, 2026: Paddle necklace work night for Moving Up Ceremony at Meany Middle School, 301 21st Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112 from 6-7:30 p.m.
• Thursday June 4, 2026: Moving Up Ceremony atJSCEE Auditorium- 2445 3rd Ave S, Seattle, WA 9813 from 6-8 p.m.
