Where to Find District Solicitations and Notifications
Solicitation documents are available online at no charge at the locations listed below, unless instructed otherwise (usually ARC charges a fee for copies of bid plans).
Bid Locker
The is the District’s primary platform for SPS bid postings and vendor submissions. Most competitive solicitation opportunities (excluding hard bids – see Builders Exchange below). If you’d like to register with Seattle Public Schools and be a part of their vendor database, you can get started by clicking here: Sign up and register with Seattle Public Schools.

Builders Exchange of Washington and ARC Document Solutions

It is recommended that bidders register as a bidder in order to download addenda, receive automatic email notification of future addenda, and to be placed on the “bidders list.”
Vendor Procurement Feedback
We are requesting feedback from vendors interested in participating in the procurement process for SPS projects. This form does not replace the Q&A requirements outlined in active procurements where vendor questions are addressed via addenda. Feedback provided will only be used to help refine our processes and requirements on future procurements.
