This presentation is designed for CTE Directors and district leaders, highlighting how to effectively partner with building principals to develop and sustain high-quality CTE pathways. The session focuses on strategies for engaging principals as instructional leaders, aligning pathways with district goals, and ensuring equitable access for all students. Participants will leave with tools and approaches to strengthen principal capacity, foster collaborative school-level leadership, and guide implementation of CTE pathways that prepare students for college, career, and life success.
