Tool Loans and Supplies

Volunteer Enhancement Projects has a tool library to support your projects! We can supply yard waste bags, shovels, rakes, gloves, wheelbarrows, painting supplies and more. Please submit all requests for tools at least two weeks before the project date by completing the Volunteer Enhancement Projects Application.

We are no longer able to provide arbor mulch for your project. We can provide direction as to how to procure donated arborist mulch or direct you to a reputable vendor to purchase mulch from.

Support our grounds staff by keeping yard waste bags under 35 pounds, and placing filled bags near truck access points and out of the rain. Be sure to let the Volunteer Enhancement Projects office know when you have yard waste ready for removal so we can help keep schools looking their best. Send in your total volunteer hours, and any yard waste removal requests to VEP@seattleschools.org following each work party.
