Meeting Summary

1. The adoption committee reviewed the day’s agenda and the group norms for the committee meetings.

   • Category teams reconvened to review feedback from the content-area groups and finalize their criteria.

   • The committee developed another proposal (D) and the group decided unanimously to skip the second vote on proposal C. The motion was seconded.
     • The final vote (D) result was 8 yes, 9 no, and 2 undecided.
     • The motion did not pass.

   • The committee developed another proposal (E) and the group decided unanimously to skip the second vote on proposal D. The motion was seconded.
     • The final vote (E) result was 18 yes, 0 no, and 1 undecided.
     • The motion passed with 95% approval.
6. Following approval of the category point allocations category teams reconvened to distribute their assigned points among the criteria within each category.
