Welcome to Sacajawea

Dear Sacajawea Families,

Thank you for a fabulous start to the 09/10 school year. Our new start time and our new academic block schedule have fit in very well this year. The Sacajawea Expectations have been a guide for all student interactions and we are emphasizing them often this year. As with any program changes, we continue to make adjustments to fit the needs of our students.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be on Saturday, November 21, Monday, November 23 and Tuesday, November 24. There is no school for students the week of November 23 through 27.

We will continue to use the School Messenger Automated Phone System to remind you of important dates and activities. I'd like to remind all families to stay informed about the new Student Assignment Plan and the implications it may have for families and our community in the future.

Finally, I want to acknowledge the wonderful Sacajawea Staff. We are truly fortunate to have such a talented and committed group of professionals serving our children and our community.
