Healthy Youth Survey

This survey asks questions that are related to students' increased risk of injury, poor health outcomes, and alcohol and drug use. Survey results are used by our school as well as other community, state, and local health departments to plan programs to support our youth and reduce their risks. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. More complete information will be mailed home to the parents of all 6th and 8th grade students.
