SPS Technology Help for Students and Families

Our Technology Resource Centers and Student TechLine are open to support families and students with remote learning software, devices, and general technology information

Student Techline

To get help with district laptops, district devices or general tech support questions call our support number or email us to talk to a Seattle Public Schools staff member. Contact the Student Techline.

Technology Resource Centers

If you need a SPS device or have connectivity issues, please contact your school first. Once directed by your school to go to a Resource Center, the following sites are open for families and students.

Services include support for broken, lost or stolen devices, and assistance with connectivity issues.

If students do not have a SPS device (PreK-2nd grade iPad or 3rd-12th grade laptop), these sites can help check out student devices.
