    Frequently Asked Questions Fall 2020

Fall 2020 Planning Update August 12: Seattle Public Schools will start the 2020-21 school year remotely. On August 12, the Seattle School Board voted to approve the district's Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) Reopening Plan.

Every district must adopt, through school board resolution, a reopening plan following the template provided by OSPI, and then file that plan with OSPI and the State Board of Education. Read the OSPI reopening plan on the school board agenda document.
