Secondary Report Cards Available in The Source

Secondary Report Cards will be made available for families of students in grades 6-12 to view in the Source after the end of the first semester. The first semester ends on Wednesday, January 27 and report cards will be available to view in the Source two weeks later.

    Requesting Printed Copies

Families may request printed copies of report cards if they are unable to access remotely. Please ask your student's teacher or front office staff for a printed copy, if needed.

    "Incomplete" Grades

f your student is or has been at risk of earning an "Incomplete" grade during the semester, your student's teacher should have been in contact with you and your student on a bi-weekly basis. If your student ultimately earns an "Incomplete" for a course, the teacher will develop and share an Individual Learning Plan with your student which will include guidance on how to earn a passing grade for this course.

For students with IEPs and 504 plans, the teacher will work with the IEP or 504 team on this process. If attempts to communicate with teachers are unsuccessful and a student/family feels that their teacher did not support their learning process by communicating every two weeks regarding their "Incomplete" grade or by scheduling Wednesday help sessions to support missing work completion, they may appeal the grade by emailing the College and Career Readiness department at ccr@seattleschools.org.
