    African American Male Student Leadership Council Application Open Through December 20, 2019

    Participating students will receive a stipend for participation and have the opportunity to earn service learning hours.

    Seattle Public Schools is excited to share that applications are now open for the new African American Male Student Leadership Council.

    The Student Leadership Council will be formed of student representatives who are African American males in 7th - 12th grade and currently enrolled in a Seattle Public Schools K-8, middle, or high school.

    The Student Leadership Council will promote a network of student leaders who support each other at their schools and across our district while also providing guidance to district leadership on priority initiatives of the Department of African American Male Achievement
