    Seattle Public Schools Annual Family Survey

    All guardians with a K-12 student should receive an email link to the annual family survey from on April 16. If your family does not have an email address on file, you will receive a mailed paper survey. Please be sure to complete this critical survey today!

    The survey system will accept responses through Sunday, May 19.

    Surveys are administered in the spring of each school year to all families, school staff, and students in grades 3 through 12. Results are used to guide improvements at the school and district level. Your responses on this survey are confidential.
