Current School Leader Openings

Seattle Public Schools (SPS) is now accepting applications for the 2022-23 School Leader Principal and Assistant Principal Pool.

The School Leader Pool(s) is the first step in determining if an applicant is eligible to apply for Site-Based Leader openings at Seattle Public Schools (SPS).  If you are interested in becoming a School Leader here at SPS, you must first apply via our Principal School Leader Pools. SPS is now accepting applications for the 2022-23 School Leader Pools. Out-of-State Applicants – All Administrators hired must have a Washington State Administrator Certification before the July 1, 2022 start date. For information about the certification processes for Washington State please contact the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
