    Internet Assistance is available for SPS Families and Students. If your circumstances require a Hotspot, this will be given to your family.

    There are two services that SPS is currently sponsoring:

    • Comcast Internet Essentials (for families who will have a fixed address for at least 6 months) that is installed in the home.
    • SPS Cellular Hotspots (for families with no fixed address or moving frequently) that can be picked up at select locations.
    • If you are in possession of a SPS provided Verizon Hotspot and still need it for internet access, please contact Student Techline to have it reactivated at 1-206-252-0100.  If you no longer need that Hotspot, please return it to a Resource Center
