    Internet Assistance is available for SPS Families and Students. If your circumstances require a Hotspot, this will be given to your family.

    There are two services that SPS is currently sponsoring:

    • Comcast Internet Essentials (for families who will have a fixed address) that is installed in the home.
    • SPS Cellular Hotspots (for families with no fixed address or moving frequently) that can be picked up at select locations.

    Verizon branded hotspots have been updated to use a new Wi-Fi network name, ‘SPS-Hotspot- and then a unique number’. If you have trouble connecting to your hotspot, scan for the new wireless network “SPS-Hotspot-xx”, select and use the Wi-Fi password "guestwifi".
