    Information About Using The Source for Advanced Learning Referrals

    Trouble getting to the Advanced Learning referral page on the Source? Please see if the following information helps:

    Cannot set up your Source account? To set up a Source account, you must be:

    • Parent or guardian of a SPS student
    • Have a valid email address on the school record
      Please contact the main office of your student’s school to confirm your information is up to date. Allow 2 hours for any change made by the school to sync with the Source, then try to set up your account. Parents or guardians of future students may update information by contacting our customer service team.

    Where do I log onto the Source? Whether using a computer or mobile device, parents and guardians should always use the Source URL to log in: http://ps.seattleschools.org

    Forgot your Source password? Please visit the forgot password link on the Source log in screen.

    Forgot your Source username? Please visit the forgot username link on the Source log in screen.

    No log in field? Check your firewall settings. Please visit the Source Technical Tips page and refer to the firewall section.

    Cannot log in via an Android: Tried installing the PowerSchool APP, which does not support AL referrals. Please visit the Source Technical Tips page and refer to the smart phone or mobile device section.

    Cannot log in via an iPhone: Browser may not be supported by the vendor. Trying installing Chrome or Firefox. Please visit the Source Technical Tips page and refer to the Other possible issues section, “Is your browser compatible with the Source?”.

    Can log in, but do not see the Advanced Learning icon:

    • Confirm you are using a supported browser. Please visit the Source Technical Tips page and refer to the browser section.
    • If you are using a mobile device, see if the left menu is hidden. If so, click the small triangle, usually below the Source logo to expand the menu.
