    Description

    Internet-only WiFi access is available for students, parents, and other school guests on their personal devices through the SPS-username and SPS-guest wireless networks.

    What do I need to do to get this service?

    • Guests to schools can request the SPS-guest login information from the Main Office of the school.

    • Staff and students can access SPS-username on their personal devices by using their normal logins.

    What is included?

    The SPS-username and SPS-guest wireless networks are for Internet browsing only.

    When is support for the service available?

    • Staff, students, and guest users are responsible for configuring their personal devices.

    • To disconnect your personal device from WiFi, set your device to “forget network” or contact your personal technical support resources (e.g. phone service provider tech support) for assistance.

    How long does it take to get the service?

    WiFi service should be available in all District-owned buildings.

    How do I change or stop the service?

    District WiFi service will not be disabled at a school.

    How much does the service cost?

    There is no charge for WiFi access at District-owned sites.
