    Seattle Public Schools presently subscribes to a rich variety of online resources made available to students. All of these resources are accessible from both school and home.

    What do I need to do to get this service?

    Students can access these resources in the following ways:

    • From our main  Seattle Public Schools web page:

      • by selecting Student Portal at the very top of the page and scrolling to the bottom of the page
      • or
      • by selecting Online Student Resources from the Students  menu

    • Directly at the  Online Resources web page, which you can bookmark.

    In general service is automatically available 24/7 for all students, staff and parents, either by directly connecting within Seattle Public Schools or by using the generic account below outside of the District:

    Username: studentsps
    Password: access

    Some services like One Click Digital eBooks do require individual registration from a computer within Seattle Public Schools. Speak with your school librarian for more details.

    Some Services also have mobile applications:

    • One Click Digital - eBooks

    • Follett Brytewave - library catalog

    What is included?

    Some of the features available through the Online Student Resources site are:

    • Library databases: Contain general reference and subject-related information selected by professionals. Much of the information can’t be found on other websites.

    • eBooks and eAudiobooks: The eBooks are available to both K-12 students and adults, so you may want to assist your student with access to these eBooks.

    • Encyclopedias

    • Full text magazines

    • Streaming videos: Correlated to State Standards

    • Washington State newspapers

    • Online textbooks

    When is support for the service available?

    If you are experiencing problems with the Online Student Resources, please contact your local school librarian.

    How long does it take to get the service?

    The Online Student Resources site is automatically available to students and does not need to be requested.

    How do I change or stop the service?

    This service cannot be changed or stopped.

    How much does the service cost?

    There is no charge to our customers for this service.
