    Bids, Requests for Proposals, or Requests for Qualifications documents and associated Addenda are available at no charge at Builder's Exchange of Washington, Inc on-line plan center.  It is recommended that bidders "register as a bidder" in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the "bidders list."   Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of Addenda and will need to periodically check the online plan room for Addenda issued for the project.  Contact builder's exchange at (425) 258-1303 if additional assistance is required.

    Contractor information (Bids, Requests for Proposals, or Requests for Qualifications) is available by request in PDF format and needs to be read by Acrobat Reader program.  Please email contractingservices@seattleschools.org for documents.

    Starting January 4, 2019, the SODO Stadium on & off ramps of SR 99 will close, and on January 11, 2019, the Puget Sound region will experience the longest closure of a major highway when WSDOT closes the Alaskan Way Viaduct to complete the work needed to open the SR 99 tunnel three weeks later. This period is being called the “Seattle Squeeze”. Everyone traveling in the region will be impacted.
    The Seattle School District will consider this impact when scheduling procurement or contracting related meetings or events such as pre-bid/submittal conferences and bid or proposal deadlines, endeavoring to schedule such events after 9:00 AM and no later than 3:00 PM.

    The District encourages its vendors, contractors, and consultants to plan accordingly to ensure ability to attend procurement meetings and satisfy required deadlines for bid or proposal submission.
