Superintendent Juneau's Listening and Learning Tour

    September - October 2018 Dates

Seattle Public Schools Superintendent Denise Juneau is embarking on a comprehensive Listening and Learning Tour to gather an understanding of the district's strengths, challenges, and what is most important for her to consider as plans are developed for the district's future.

The tour will include regional town halls and language-based and/or culturally focused community meetings to ensure diverse perspectives and ideas are gathered. All meetings will be hosted or co-hosted with community partners.

Ultimately, community discussions will become the foundation of a revised strategic plan that maps the district's course for the coming years. A summary of the Listening and Learning Tour findings will be published in November 2018.
