Transcripts, Verification, Diplomas
For students who have been out of the district for two or more years: If you are a parent or guardian who is looking for your child’s transcript, verification or diploma, please visit our Transcripts, Verifications, Diplomas webpage for the form you will need to complete.
If your student is currently enrolled in Seattle Public Schools (or attended within the last 2 years), please contact the last school they attended.
Community Based Organization with a formal agreement
If you are a community based organization and have an active Memorandum of Understanding, Personal Service Contract or a Data Sharing Agreement on file with a school or central office department and need additional data, please contact email Nicole Turner, School and Community Partnerships, 206-252-0518 or email communitypartnerships@seattleschools.org.
