Fall Drive-In Flu Clinics 2020
We urge everyone to get a flu shot this year to protect yourself and the community. School nurses have partnered with the Seattle Visiting Nurse Association to vaccinate students, staff and families through 24 “drive-through” events at 13 schools in September and October.
Flu shots protect our most vulnerable students from getting ill and can help keep our students and staff healthy and in school. According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the single best way to protect yourself and your family from influenza is to receive a flu shot each year. The CDC recommends everyone six months of age and older be vaccinated against the flu.
Parents may register all family members for a flu shot online. Please pick an appointment time and date from the available options. Bring insurance card to the clinic. Uninsured children and adults can get the flu shot for no cost. Walk-ins welcome with appointments.
To sign up for a “drive-through” flu shot, please fill out the Seattle Visiting Nurse Association ONLINE FORM:

* To register all family members for a flu shot online, complete registration for each member receiving a flu shot separately. Choose the same time slot for each family member registration. If the time slot fills up before you are able to register all family members, please register the remaining family members in the nearest available time slot. You can all still come to the clinic at the same time.
We can only serve children ages 4 and up.
