Parent and Guardian Access to Naviance

Access for parents and guardians is planned for the 2019-20 school year. Access is view-only plus the ability to add colleges to your student’s prospective college list.

Note: Having a valid user account for the Source, the district’s parent portal, is a prerequisite to obtaining a Naviance parent guardian user account. Read about how to set up a Source account.

High School Families: 9th-12th Grade

Naviance user account invitations were sent out to parents/guardians who have Source accounts and whose students are “opt in” for using Naviance during the month of November of the 2019-20 school year.

Contact the School Counseling Team if you would like support setting up your parent/guardian account.

Middle School Families: 6th-8th Grade

Naviance user accounts will be available to middle school parent/guardians who have Source accounts and whose student or students are ‘opt in’ for using Naviance beginning 2nd semester of the 2019-20 school year.

New Source Accounts: Registration and Support

If you do not currently have a Source account, create one by following the set up instructions. To request support for your Source account, please send an email to sourcesupport@seattleschools.org.

Naviance Accounts: Registration and Support

Once you register for a Naviance account, it will remain active as long as your student is “opt in” for Naviance and enrolled in the district, you have an active Source account, and you are identified in the student information system as a parent or guardian. To request support for your Naviance account, please contact the School Counseling Team.
