It's crunch time for academics and athletics, and as all of the old coaches and teachers use to say "It's time for the cream will rise to the top!"

"Be at your best when your best is needed." John Wooden

"Risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible."

The past is history. The future is a mystery. The present is a gift.

"Let your actions precede your words, Let your words reflect your actions." Don James

"Always have a plan and believe in it. Nothing good happens by accident." Chuck Knox

"Mental toughness is many things. It is humility because it behooves all of us to remember that simplicity is the sign of greatness, and meekness is the sign of true strength. Mental toughness is spartanism with the qualities of sacrifice, self-denial, dedication. It is fearlessness, and it is love." Vince Lombardi

LOYALTY, " To yourself and to all those dependent upon you keeping your self-respect."
