5:15 – 5:45 Activities Fair:

• Come find out about the different YMCA activities and School Clubs your child can participate in during lunch and after school.

5:45 – 6:55:  Presentations led by West Seattle High School Staff

• Measures of Academic Progress Assessment – Learn more about this reading and math assessment for all 9th grade students.
• High School 101: Find out what you need to know graduation requirements and academic supports.
• Importance of Attendance: Learn about the role attendance plays in academics
• Your Teen’s Well-Being: Listen to our nurse Sandy Polzin talk about the social and emotional development of 9th graders
