day in the life of Conner
I will be telling you a bit about
:
- Food
- In my house there is always a lot of food. There needs to be because I am
one of six people in my house. Mostly we like to have food from different
places. We like Swedish,Mexican, Asian,Greek, and American food. Also we eat
a lot of meat. Mostly chicken and fish. Right now I seem to really like grilled
chicken with this Asian sauce I don't know the name of. My two favorite foods
are pizza and ice cream.
- Clothes
- At my school
clothes are almost everything. Most people like to wear blue jeans and some
kind of shirt. I like to wear jeans and a long sleeve shirt. Most of my friends
are in fashion and enjoy it. During the summer I usually wear shorts and a
t-shirt. Also during the winter I wear a sweatshirt and long pants.
- Fun
- For fun I
like to do a lot of things. If it is a nice day I will go to the park and
hang out with my friends or I will ride my bike. When the weather is not very
nice, (which it often is) I will stay inside and read a good book or go to
a friends house. Also, I really like to play on the computer when I get a
new game. On the weekends I will sometimes go spend the night and play a lot
of video games. Also on the weekends I like to watch really long movie series.
- School
- I go to a
school named Whitman Middle School. The student population is about 1200.
School starts at 7:45 a.m. and it ends at 2:15 p.m. Most days it is hard for
me to get up and get ready for school. Each of my six classes take 55 min.
Right now I take Computers, Spanish, L.A., U.S. History, Science, and Math.
- My
Home - My house
was made in the early 1920's. It was made by my great grandpa. The house is
two stories tall and has a basement. Also we have a large yard with seven
apple trees, one pear tree, and a plum tree. My mom also has two large gardens
filled with fruits and vegtables. Inside my house most of the wood work is
the original. Right now my house is under construction. We are remodeling
our kitchen.
- Neighborhood
- I live in
a very friendly neighborhod. Everyone is nice and helpful. One thing I like
about my neighborhood is that everything is close together. All of the stores
are within two blocks of my house and the the people that run them are very
helpful. I am graetful that I live in a nice neighborhood because there are
a lot of mean areas in Seattle. Another thing that I like is that there is
a nice little park really close to my house. Overall I think I am in a great
neighborhood.
