Board Meeting Minutes
September 14, 2004

Randee Blackstone, Susan Clifford-Jamroski, Crystal Kilmer, Andy Edwards, Dorothy Skans, Brian Vance.

Curriculum Night and CSCA General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2004 from 6-8:30pm

Budget: United Way/ Appeal letter need to get underway as soon as possible. In 2004, we went over revenue projections (a good thing) and expenses (a bad thing). Andy handed out the budget which shows an overall favorable balance.

Mini grants for teachers will be due October 8, 2004. All requests will need to have a form accompanying them and be turned in by that date. The Mini grant group meets October 12th before the next CSCA meeting to go over grant allocation requests.

Scholarships: Reminder to faculty to requests scholarship support on all activity that have a permission slip. This helps to defray the costs to the CSCA and solicit parental support of programs.

Next Meeting: October 12, 2004 6:30pm at The Center School. The Grants group meets at 5:30pm.
