Enrollment for 2005-2006
Pre-Registration November 1 - December 22
To better serve the needs of parents, students and schools, new
timelines have been set for student registration and on time enrollment.
Pre-registration:
November 1 - December 22
Parents/guardians with students entering kindergarten in September
2004, or wishing to transfer to a Seattle Public school from a private
or parochial school, may register during this time. To pre-register,
parents provide basic information about their child such as address,
date of birth and immunization status. Those who pre-register their
child by December 22 will receive a customized school choice application
in the mail in January. Visit the Enrollment
Services Web site for additional information.
On-time
student enrollment: January 15 - February 28 (All grades, PreK -
12)
During this time, parents may submit school choice application forms.
Turning the application forms in "on time" gives parents
the best chance of getting one of their top school choices. Enrollment
Guides for the 2003-2004 school year will be available in late December.
