         Dear 2nd Grade Parents,

         It would be very helpful if your child could bring the following items to school in September. Most of the items will be kept with your child for personal use and some of the items will be grouped together for class use. Thank you so much for your help in this area

List
3 simple two – pocket folders
colored pencils – box of 24
2 or 3 large pink pearl erasers
4 to 6 glue sticks (NO colored glue please!)
1 box of Kleenex – standard size
1 container of any kind of wipes
1 white 100% cotton tee shirt for dying, new or old (one size larger than your child normally wears - it will shrink)
1 set of colored markers (optional)
1 old sock ( for using as an eraser on white boards)
1 set of colored markers (optional)
1 small bottle of Elmer’s glue (optional)
1 pack of 4 X 6 white index cards (optional)
