Supply List 


Welcome to the Fourth and Fifth Grades! As you begin to plan for the Fall, we request that you obtain the following items:
  1. 3 ring binder or D-ring 1 inch. Please no Velcro or zipper closures. (This will help us get organized and help keep our binders off the floor)
  2. 6 dividers
  3. Wide rule notebook paper (NOT college ruled)
  4. Eraser
  5. Pencil Sharpener
  6. Composition Notebook – 100 sheets wide ruled 9 ¾ in. x 7 ½ in. (Black hardbound cover)
  7. Box of tissue
  8. Box of No. 2 pencils to add to classroom supply
  9. Water bottle
  10. Glue stick
