Infestation of roof rats outside the building reported and traps set.

A.) * Nancy will check with PTA who is handling the disaster comfort kits for
the classrooms.
B.) *Steve will follow up with an email about teachers taking the blue bins to
the playcourt, away from the wire fence, as soon as the comfort kits for each
classroom have arrived.
C.) Mary asked about the new communications equipment that we were told to
expect, as told to the nurses last spring. These were to have been upgrades to
each schools emergency communication equipment. Steve reported that he had not
heard a word about he equipment since she reported it last spring. *Mary will
check with Peggy Macaroe.
D.) Mary reported that PTA has authorized her to buy a new lockable rolling cart
for the emergency medications. The current one is too wide for easy removal to
outside during an emergency.
E.) *Steve and Ray will get started on refilling the emergency water jugs.
F.) Steve handed out the new staff assignments for the disaster
committees/teams. Revised North Beach Emergency Plans were handed out to new
staff and are available for anyone needing one.

*Steve will send out an email reminder to teacher about their blue bins.
*Steve and Ray will refill the water jugs.
*Mary will check with Peggy about the new emergency equipment.
