The
North Beach Building Leadership Team (BLT) was established to provide
collaborative, site-based decision
making. It's primary mission is to serve
as the overseer of the school's Continuous School Improvement Plan (C-SIP),
its professional development program, and as facilitators for the
development of the budget. A
decision-making matrix has been developed outlining who on staff
is responsible for making decisions around various issues. Another matrix
to guide parents who have questions concerning programs and/or policy has
been created as well.
