Welcome to my world!

The world of Physical Education, a world of fun, noise and motion. Every student comes to P.E. for 30 minutes every other day. It may look like play, but it really is their work. We cover a variety of age appropriate sport skills and activities where I stress participation, individual improvement, cooperation, and effort. I do not stress competition, it seems that students come with a competitive nature that I do not need to reinforce. For the bulk of our activities, my motto seems to have developed into:

If you had fun, then you won!

My main goal is to introduce all of my students to as many different activities as possible. Hopefully they will find several activities that they enjoy and they will become life long movers!!
